5 males burnt to loss of life for allegedly making an attempt to steal tricycle in Onitsha (graphic)

5 males have been burnt to loss of life after they allegedly tried to grab a tricycle operator of his tricycle in Onitsha, Anambra State. 

The incident occurred at previous Nkpor street, near the headquarters of Individuals’s Membership, within the industrial metropolis of Onitsha on Saturday, March 25, 2023. 

In keeping with an eyewitness, the suspects allegedly tried to steal a tricycle from the proprietor in broad daylight once they ran out of luck and have been caught.

“Mob who gathered after the lads have been rounded up, refused the recommendation of some folks to name within the police. They first began by striping the lads bare and beating them up, and finally, some folks introduced previous tyres and gasoline, they usually have been set ablaze. It was a really unhealthy sight as we speak, and everybody watched and supervised, whereas the lads burnt to loss of life,” he stated.
