"See what the Lord has carried out" Alex Otti reacts after successful Abia State Governorship election

Abia State Governor-elect, Alex Otti of the Labour Occasion, has taken to twitter to react after he was introduced winner of the governorship election within the state.

After days of stalling, the Impartial Nationwide Electoral Fee, INEC, introduced Otti winner of the 18 March Governorship election in Abia State on Wednesday, March 22.

Reacting to his victory by way of his official Twitter account, Otti pledged to serve Abians judiciously for the following 4 years. 

He wrote: “See what the Lord has carried out.”

He added in one other tweet: “With deep humility and a profound sense of duty, I wholeheartedly settle for your mandate to be your chief servant for the following 4 years.”

Otti bought 175,467 votes, whereas his closest rival, Ahiwe, bought 88,529, in line with INEC.

Otti’s victory led to jubilation throughout the streets of Umuahia and different components of the state.
